area of expertise.
Don
is involved directly with each project from concept to turn key. Don works with
conceptual design, project budgeting and forecasting, construction services,
quality assurance and client relations.
Donald
Cheyne, President
John
and Mike will be found dealing with a full range of construction services such
as rough and finish carpentry and a variety of interior and exterior finishes.
Product quality and double checks of work completed are part of their responsibilities
as well.

Frisbie, Construction Services Mike Howes, Construction Services
Nick
spends the better part of his day developing conceptual and working construction
documents for our projects. Along with his AutoCAD responsibilities Nick visits
our projects in progress to make sure that the tradesmen have as much detail
as necessary. He also works directly with structural engineers and the local
building inspectors to assure structural and code compliance.
Nicholas
Cheyne, AutoCAD Design
Earl
Dickman, General Superintendent
Earl
directs our construction services. He works directly with our sub contractors
and vendors to keep our projects moving forward, expeditiously and safely. Earl
is also our safety director, responsible for overall job site safety, MIOSHA
compliance, first aid training and licensing of equipment operators.
Brian
Frisbie, Assistant Superintendent
Brian
is dedicated to full time site management and works directly with our sub contractors
and vendors to assure total project quality. Brian is also responsible for job
site safety, scheduling and daily project reports.
Diane
Hutchinson, Office Manager
Diane
brings organizational skills to our office that are second to none. Each project
we are involved with has documentation and procedural protocol that tracks payable
and receivables with pinpoint accuracy. Her strong banking background provides
Highland and our clients confident financial reporting. Diane is also responsible
for payroll reporting, preparation of draw requests and disbursement of funds
received. She manages project audits, tracks insurance certificates for subcontractors
and waiver of liens prior to disbursement of funds.
Gregg
Lator, Sales Manager
Gregg's
primary responsibility's are following project leads and developing our marketing
materials. He is involved from our first visit with you and works with Nick
and Don in conceptual design and product suggestions. Gregg works directly with
Don providing product research and pricing to assure that you have quality choices
for the materials that will be used on your project. Contract management is
a recent expansion of Gregg's responsibilities as he works with our clients,
subcontractors, Don and Diane to keep the most current documentation of project
costs and change orders.
