industry. Founded over 50 years ago by Fred Leppien with a dedication to the
highest quality tools and service, Garr Tool has set a bench mark that has yet
to be matched here in the states and abroad. Garr Tool currently covers over
100,000 square feet of production and office space. Highland Construction was
brought in during the spring of 2001 to design and construct their latest expansion
that covers an additional 45,000 square feet. This expansion brings additional
production area along with improved raw stock storage and receiving facilities.
